About the role
Sippy Tom is a busy cafe with a rotating seasonal menu operating 7 days a week in the Winchcombe Carson Woolstores, Teneriffe, Brisbane.
We are looking for a manager to join our team of other passionate managers on a 5 day rosterwith no nights and no split shifts.
Key responsibilities
Establish and maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas
Monitor and complete assigned schedules
Oversee inventory, budgeting, wage costing, and roster scheduling
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Foster a positive team culture
About you




Minimum of 1 year's experience as a manager in a similar environment
Strong work ethic and high motivation
Passion for and pride in your work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills
Passion for hospitality and a drive to master your craft
