Townsville Hospital and Health Service seeks an Emergency Department Ambassador to provide person-centred support in Townsville University Hospital Emergency Department.
You will engage with patients, carers and visitors to improve their experience and help maintain a safe, respectful setting.
Join a dedicated team and use compassionate communication to prevent or de-escalate potential conflicts while supporting staff and visitors in a busy emergency setting.
