We're working with a leading global insurance provider that is expanding its Workers' Compensation team in Sydney.

The role:
Partner with Case Managers to identify barriers and implement effective RTW strategies
Provide coaching and guidance on psychosocial and injury management challenges




Work closely with employers, treatment providers, and other stakeholders to achieve durable outcomes
Contribute insights, support team strategy, and help build best-practice approaches
Support injured workers with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on early recovery
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Return to Work Specialist, or in injury management/occupational rehab within workers' compensation
Strong knowledge ofNSW workers compensation legislationand how to apply it in practice
Excellent communication skills, with the ability toinfluence and build trustacross a wide range of stakeholders
Experience or a strong interest inpsychological injury caseswill be highly regarded
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a genuine passion forhelping injured workers achieve successful return-to-work outcomes
