We are actively seeking dedicated Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team to conduct desilting works.
You will be part of a motivated crew working in a quick-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.Requirements:
Must be willing and able to operate all of the following equipment:Digger, Moxy, and Water Cart
Dozer experience is desirable but not essential
Minimum 12 months' experience in mining or civil earthworks
Coal Board Medical (CBM)
Standard 11 (S11)
Relevant RII competencies for the listed machinery
Strong focus on safety, efficiency, and team collaboration
Key Responsibilities:




Conduct safe and efficient desilting works across the site
Operate a range of equipment interchangeably as required, specifically Diggers, Moxys, and Water Carts
Conduct pre-start checks, defect reporting, and ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained
Follow all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Benefits:
$55 Per Hour flat rate
Family-friendly 5/2 roster for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to transition to a 7/7 roster
Ongoing work available beyond the initial 3-month project scope
