As an experienced family lawyer, you will have the opportunity to engage in challenging and interesting work including complex property and parenting matters involving Court hearings, mediations and negotiating settlements.

Key responsibilities
Carriage of family law matters from inception to conclusion
Acting for clients in a manner that reflects the standard set by Mullane Lindsay
Building on our brand reputation, and your own, with the support of the firm
Being a mentor and supporting the development of colleagues
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Experience in carriage of family law matters from inception to conclusion
Experience in representing litigants before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia,



including Court appearances and instructing Counsel
Precise legal drafting skills
Strong attention to detail and quality in all work
Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
Excellent organisational skills
Solid interest in continuous professional development and upskilling
Willingness to work in a collegiate team environment
Mentoring by Family Law Accredited Specialists and senior family lawyers
Multi-disciplinary law firm and collegiate environment across the Firm
