Early Childhood Educator (Diploma or Cert III)
VERY RARE AND EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Certificate III or Diploma Educator (4 or 5 days, 32 or 38 hours per week options)
Community based, non for profit, operational for over 35+ years, extensive waiting list, above award wages, supportive team culture, 2-3 week Christmas Closure.
At our community-based service "Kurri Early Childhood Centre Inc", relationships, connection, keeping children protected and belonging are at the heart of everything we do.
We provide a nurturing, play-based environment where children, families and educators feel supported and valued.
What you will bring:
Current Working with Children Check
Criminal History Check (dated within 3 months, or willingness to obtain)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
A warm, collaborative approach and a passion for supporting children's early learning
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences guided by the EYLF and NQS
Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and the KECC team
Support each child's, strengths, interests and development
Contribute to program reflection and quality improvement
