Job Description
Regia Ceramica is seeking a hands-on SIL Team Leader to lead and grow in an NDIS home based in Strathfield, Inner West.
You will oversee a team of Disability Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and smooth home operations in a supported setting.
You will report to the SIL Manager and be responsible for rostering, workforce planning, participant services and compliance, while coordinating with families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals to optimize
