UnitingCare Wesley Bowden in Adelaide seeks a Support Coordinator to provide person-centred NDIS support coordination for participants of all ages.
You will help clients understand their plans, connect with providers, and support them to manage their supports with confidence.
You will work with participants, families and providers in a do-with, not-for approach, ensuring secure plan implementation and cultural safety in diverse communities.
