About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join ourhomecare team on a contract basis, located in Wollongong - NSW.
As a Speech Pathologist at Vivir Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Speech Pathology services.
Reporting to our Clinical Services Team, you will collaborate closely with leaders across our network, ensuring top-notch care for clients.
Some of regular duties include:
Conduct comprehensive assessments ofdysphagia assessments, Speech, language, voice, neurological conditions,and cognitive-communication disorders
Prescribe and support the use of communication aids and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) where appropriate.
Provide swallowing management strategies, diet texture recommendations, and mealtime support plans




Deliver therapy in a range of settings including residential aged care facilities, clients' homes, clinics, and community centres.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
SPAmembership eligibility and current registration to practise in Australia
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent
Current Drivers' license and reliable vehicle
Possesses Professional indemnity insurance, or willing to obtain it.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willing to obtain it
Current Flu Vaccine, or willing to obtain it
Has COVID vaccine certificate, or willing to obtain it.
