Minco Tech Australia is looking for a reliable, practical and experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our Cardiff team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is safety-conscious, organised and able to use initiative. You will work across all areas of the warehouse supporting our manufacturing team with the opportunity to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility over time.

Key responsibilities
Receiving, checking and putting away stock
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers, including oversized and awkward loads
Safely moving goods using forklifts and lifting equipment
Stocktakes and inventory checks
Checking orders, stock and paperwork for accuracy
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
Following procedures and direction while using initiative when required

About you
Current Driver's Licence and ability to drive a manual vehicle




Current Dogging High Risk Work Licence or willingness to obtain one
Rigger qualification, or willingness to obtain one
Minimum 2 years Warehouse/store person experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
Ability to take direction and work independently
Robust safety awareness
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to successfully complete drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment
Full time, Monday to Friday employment
