TYRE TECHNICIAN/WHEEL ALIGNER/WORKSHOP CONTROLLER
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong tyre industry experience who takes pride in their work and can help keep a busy workshop organised and running efficiently.
This position is focused specifically on tyres, wheels and wheel alignments and does not include mechanical servicing or repairs.
Key responsibilities
Tyre fitting, balancing and rotations
Wheel alignments
Identifying tyre wear and alignment issues
Tyre inspections and recommendations
Managing and prioritising workshop jobs
Coordinating workflow and keeping jobs moving
Supporting and guiding workshop team members
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
Communicating with the front counter regarding job progress and any issues




Ensuring vehicles are completed correctly and on time
About you
Has solid tyre fitting and wheel alignment experience
Is confident using wheel alignment equipment
Has a strong understanding of tyres, wheels and tyre wear
Can take ownership of workshop workflow
Is reliable, organised and works well under pressure
Has solid attention to detail
Communicates well with both staff and customers
Is a team player who is comfortable taking the lead when required
Holds a current Australian driver's licence
