Job Description
T2 Tea in Australia is seeking a Head of Visual Merchandising to shape the brand story across stores, concessions and partner spaces.
You will lead a small VM team, set standards and use AI-driven planning to improve floor layouts and customer journeys.
Reporting to the Director of Retail and Wholesale, you'll balance bold, experiential design with commercial targets, while working in a hybrid setting based from our Collingwood head office.
