Brain Injury Care and Supports is seeking a Level 3 Support Coordinator to assist NDIS participants with complex needs, coordinating SIL supports, in‐home care, community access, and other complex arrangements.
You will work across Brisbane and surrounding areas with adaptable employment options (casual, part‐time, or full‐time) depending on experience and participant needs, ensuring high‐quality coordination and advocacy.
