I'm currently working with a state government department seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.
This is a well-rounded infrastructure role within a large and complex environment, suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on while also contributing to upgrades, improvements, and broader initiatives.Join a diverse Microsoft technology environment where you'll support and enhance both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
You'll be working with technologies such as Windows Server, SCCM, networking, and Microsoft 365, with Windows Server and SCCM expertise being a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2/3 support across infrastructure and systems
Support server upgrades, maintenance, and lifecycle management




Assist with deployment and configuration of new technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues end-to-end
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders on ongoing initiatives
Contribute to improving system performance and reliability
About You:
Robust experience in a Microsoft-focused infrastructure environment
Hands-on across Windows Server, M365, and endpoint management (SCCM/Intune)
Solid troubleshooting skills across server and network environments
Comfortable working across both support and project work
