Assistant Strata Manager | Up to $95K + Super | Work From Home Options
Our client is a well-established boutique strata company with a robust team culture and a genuine focus on supporting and developing their people.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Assistant Strata Manager to join their team.
You will work closely with and support one experienced Strata Manager, assisting with a manageable portfolio of approximately 600 lots.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands‐on experience across all aspects of strata management while receiving the mentoring needed to progress into a Strata Manager position.
The business also offers excellent flexibility, including two days working from home per week.
The role will include:
Supporting one Strata Manager with a portfolio of approximately 600 lots
Responding to owner and committee enquiries
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
Assisting with preparation for AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
Assisting with meeting minutes and follow-up actions
Supporting insurance, levies, budgets and compliance matters
Liaising with owners, committees, contractors and suppliers




Maintaining accurate records and ensuring matters are followed through
Learning all aspects of portfolio management with the opportunity to progress
What we're looking for: Previous strata experience would be highly regarded, particularly within an Assistant Strata Manager or Strata Administration position.
You will be organised, confident communicating with clients and keen to continue developing your knowledge within the strata industry.
