The Role
Due to increasing demand, we are seeking a Casual Community Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Sydney.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical nursing care to clients in their homes.
You will assess and monitor clients' health needs, manage complex clinical conditions and provide holistic, person-centred care.
The successful applicant must be available for a minimum of two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
Deliver secure, evidence-based clinical nursing care in clients' homes.
Provide medication management, complex wound care, continence and catheter support, bowel care and stoma care.
Develop, implement and review individualised nursing care plans.
Monitor clients' health conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.




Collaborate with clients, families, support workers, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
Provide clinical education, training and competency assessments where required.
Work autonomously while maintaining communication with the wider clinical team.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Minimum of one year of post-registration nursing experience.
Community nursing experience is highly desirable.
Experience in disability, aged care, complex care or home-based nursing is desirable.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A genuine commitment to delivering respectful, person-centred care.
Availability for a minimum of two days per week.

Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must hold:
Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Current National Police Check issued within the past six months.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current NSW Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Current Manual Handling certificate.
Current unrestricted NSW driver licence.
Access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
