Job Description
Community Living Association Inc in Brisbane, QLD, is seeking two First Nations Identified Case Managers to deliver active outreach and case management across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast/Gympie regions.
Roles are full time, 38 hours per week, on a 12-month contract, with SCHADS Level 4 or 5 classification depending on qualifications and experience.
The BEROS program supports young people aged 12 to 18 who are in care and may be sleeping rough or in unstable placements.
