This position is full time Monday to Friday, a permanent position with flexible schedule may also be considered for the right person who possesses excellent people skills as well as presentation.

Key responsibilities

Managing disclosure, preparing emails and letters, collating and drafting briefs, filing documents in court, assisting with managing the Principal Solicitors files

Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner

Managing telephone enquiries and making appointments

Attending to banking and mail at post office

Maintaining confidentiality of client information and records

Provide general support to the legal team as required

About you

Previous experience working as a paralegal/legal assistant

Friendly personality with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a warm qualified manner

Excellent organisation skills with an ability to multitask and attention to detail





Proficient in use with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as legal software

An ability to work with accuracy and also under pressure when required

A minimum of 5 years previous experience is desirable; however all candidates will be considered
