Six-month contract | Brisbane CBD

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced workforce capability qualified to lead the design and delivery of strategic organisational development initiatives within a large and complex environment.

Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will translate workforce priorities into practical, fit-for-purpose programs that improve capability, engagement, culture and organisational performance.

What you’ll do
Lead workforce planning, talent management and organisational capability projects
Develop contemporary workforce strategies, policies and frameworks
Drive capability-building, employee engagement and cultural improvement initiatives
Manage project plans, risks, priorities and competing deadlines
Prepare high-quality reports, submissions and executive briefings
Influence stakeholders and embed sustainable change across the organisation
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

You will have robust experience across workforce strategy, organisational development,



talent management or capability development, ideally within a large and complex organisation.

You will also demonstrate:
Robust project and change management capability
Highly developed consultation, facilitation and influencing skills
The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Excellent written communication and executive reporting skills
A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to deliver at pace

Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but are not mandatory.
