Job Description
Western Sydney University's Contact Service Centre is recruiting multiple full time, fixed-term Assistants to support prospective students with frontline service and information. Based at Hawkesbury (Richmond) campus with adaptable working arrangements, the roles respond to enquiries via phone, email and other channels, triaging and resolving routine matters.
