HCF is seeking a Customer Services Officer for their Parramatta contact centre. This full time role operates Monday to Friday, with hybrid working and a requirement to work in the office at least two days per week.

Responsibilities include handling 50–70 inbound calls daily from providers and members, resolving enquiries within SLAs, and maintaining confidential, accurate information while liaising with stakeholders.
