The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Property Managers who are confident managing portfolios of approximately******* propertiesand who want to work within a genuinely well-supported environment.
You will be responsible for managing approximately********* properties pending your experience, with dedicated operational support allowing you to focus on your portfolio and clients rather than administration.
Key benefits include:
Monday–Friday role
Portfolio of approximately******* properties
$90,000–$110,000 package, depending on experience
Work vehicle and fuel card provided, or car allowance depending on your requirements
DedicatedDepartment Headproviding leadership and support
Leasing Consultants to support leasing activity
Property Officers providing portfolio support
Virtual Assistants to assist with administration
No accounts responsibilities
No expectation to generate new business
Vaultproperty management software

About You
We are open to bothProperty Managers and Senior Property Managerswho have proven experience managing a residential property portfolio.
You will ideally have:
Experience managing120+ properties
Strong residential property management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and professional approach
The ability to work autonomously while being part of a supportive team
A strong understanding of compliance, legislation and best-practice property management
A desire to work for an agency that genuinely invests in its people, systems and technology
