Job Description
The Services Support Officer role provides onsite support to the Judiciary, ACAT Members and staff, coordinating ICT equipment asset management, troubleshooting, and escalations with partner service providers.
The position will lead training and support of technology use in Court and Tribunal settings, develop training programs, and build solid relationships with service partners while maintaining a customer‐oriented, can‐do approach.
