What You Will Do:
Manage the allocation of branch resources and production releases to implement recent features and rectify bugs across digital products.
Facilitate team rituals including daily stand-ups, short and long-term planning, estimation sessions, and retrospectives.
Manage iteration planning, team capacity, demand, and dependencies alongside Product Managers and Delivery Leads.
Build trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enable effective whole-of-service support.
Protect the team from outside interruptions, remove operational blockers, and produce progress reporting on velocity and milestones.
