Job Description
Michael Hill is seeking two Customer Experience Consultants for our Brisbane Support Centre.
These permanent part time roles offer 20 to 25 hours weekly with hybrid work and flexible scheduling from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
You'll be a first point of contact, delivering a positive experience across multiple channels.
Across phone, email, live chat and social media you'll respond to inquiries, process orders and keep records up to date while collaborating with teammates to continuously lift service
