About the Role
We're on the lookout for an enthusiasticParts Interpreterto join our team.
In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll be responsible for:
Assisting customers with parts inquiries – in person, via phone, and email
Upselling and being confident in making sales
Interpreting parts and components with accuracy
Providing expert technical support and advice
Processing quotes, sales orders, invoices, and payments
Managing stock control and purchase orders
Responsible for inventory control
Building strong relationships with customers and our national QTK branches in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth
This is afull-time, permanent position (38 hours per week) reporting to the Group Parts Manager.
You'll be joining a friendly team that's dedicated to supporting you every step of the way!
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is customer-focused, confident in sales conversations, and ready to identify opportunities to support customers with the right parts solutions.
Ideally, you are:
Experienced– Previous Parts Interpreter experience preferred
Mechanically minded– If you love working with parts and have strong computer skills, this role is for you!




Customer-focused– Building relationships and delivering top-notch service comes naturally to you
Sales-minded– You're confident identifying opportunities to upsell parts, promote add-on products, and support customers with solutions that meet their needs
Organised– You can manage competing priorities, stay on top of orders and inventory, and keep the parts process running smoothly
Detail-Oriented– You can juggle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure
A Team Player– You thrive in a collaborative and supportive workplace
A Strong Communicator– You can explain technical details clearly, both to experts and non-experts
Flexibility to work extra hours when needed is a plus!
