Operations Support Administrator - Casual
Silverchain are currently seeking to recruit to their Operation Support teams.
We have two exciting opportunities for experienced Office Administrators to join us on a casual basis.
The first role role supports our Osborne Park team for both planned and unplanned leave.
The second role supports our Maddington based team.
The Operations Support Administrator is a busy and wide-ranging administrative role will suit an experienced self starter who has the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a team player but also have both experience and confidence to work autonomously.
While it is Casual, we do seek commitment.
So the role will suit someone who prefers to stay casual, long term.
The work is sporadic and you will be called upon when required, with as much notice as possible.
This role will not suit people who are seeking permanent opportunities or seek consistent weekly work from one role.
You will need to be available between the hours of 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate of $***** inclusive of casual loading.

In addition to this, candidates will be able to demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
High level of communication, both written and verbal
Must demonstrate an ability to work in a team but also independently
Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment.
Must possess personal integrity and respect for confidential information.
