We are seeking an experiencedCase Managerto join a specialist Tribunal Services team, supporting workers, representatives, insurers and tribunal members throughout the tribunal process.
This is a diverse role combiningcase management, administration, stakeholder engagement and electronic file management.
You will coordinate tribunal matters, support hearings and ensure stakeholders receive a professional and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule tribunal appointments with relevant stakeholders.
Manage electronic case files, including document preparation, PDF bookmarking and accurate data entry.
Prepare, type and distribute tribunal findings accurately and within required timeframes.
Liaise with workers, representatives, insurers and tribunal members throughout the tribunal process.
Support face-to-face and virtual hearings, including technology and connectivity.
Provide administrative and secretariat support to tribunal members.
Manage reception and provide a professional and welcoming experience to visitors.
Process tribunal-related invoices and payments.
Coordinate travel and regional tribunal arrangements as required.
Contribute to improving processes and supporting the wider team.
About You You will have:
Strong administration, data entry and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with electronic file management and Adobe.
Advanced Microsoft Word skills and ideally Dictaphone typing experience.
The ability to confidently work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including people with complex needs.
The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.
The capacity to quickly learn medical terminology and workers compensation legislation.
