Job Description
CommBank's Westpoint Marketown Branch is hiring a Customer Banking Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract on a 32.5-hour weekly roster (Mon–Fri, 9:00–4:00).
This role focuses on in-depth conversations to support customers' banking needs, including home loans, business banking and financial advice, and processing account enquiries.
You will guide customers through financial health checks, educate them on in-branch technology and digital options, and provide practical solutions while
