Finance@work Pty Ltdis looking for a Financial Services Officer to join our fun, supportive and close-knit team on a 12 month contract role.
You'll be experiencing all aspects of the equipment finance process to gain a thorough understanding of our industry.
Duties & responsibilities:
Manage multiple transactions & delivering high quality customer service
Handle calls from clients, vendors, third parties & underwriters
Provide quotes and oversee customer leads through the application process
Prepare documentation and progress transaction to settlement
Collect & Verify documents with underwriters policies to ensure settlement and AML/KYC conditions are satisfied
Work closely with the Sales Team
Skills & attributes:
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Exceptional customer service, relationship & rapport building skills with a range of stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,



Outlook & Teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interest in the finance industry is advantageous
Ability to work effectively within a team
Desire to continually learn & grow
