Architect for Class 2 Housing and Bespoke Projects - ARCHICAD
Seeking amotivatedArchitecttojoin this growing Sydney team.
Opportunities to work on projects including Public, Commercial, Single Residential, Multi-Residential and not-for-profit, socially responsible community projects in Australia and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Work across projects from start to completion
Workcollaborativelywithcolleagues
Produce & coordinatehigh quality documentation and details
Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
Work closely withproject consultants
Manage your time across multiple projects andmeet deadlines
Skills and Experience
Operating at a level equal to 6-10+ years' experience, including local experience
Understanding on local council requirements,



Australian building codes and standards
Knowledge of DPB Act
Rhino and Grasshopperskills desired
Experience dealing with clients, consultants andapproval processes
A designer's eye, personally fit and a can-do attitude
Pastexperience with top-tier studios
Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases especially detailed documentation and delivery
