The requirements
No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, awillingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire tomake a difference.
As a carer, you'll also need:
A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
Must be available for an immediate start.
An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting theirneeds
12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customerservice within the Aged Care industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
