Job Description
Upper Hunter Early Learning Centre - Scone
Temporary Full-Time (35 hours per week) – 12 months
The role:
Help shape the learning experiences of our youngest community members.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll work alongside the Centre Coordinator to lead the curriculum and day-to-day activities of our preschool-aged group, creating engaging opportunities that encourage children to learn, explore and develop.
You'll be an active part of the Upper Hunter Early Learning Centre team, working collaboratively to provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing workplace where children can thrive.

What we need from you:
An approved degree qualification in Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Current NESA accreditation.
A strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for children aged 0–6 years.
A sound working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, with the ability to apply it to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
A commitment to providing high-quality, inclusive early childhood education and care that supports every child's learning,
development and wellbeing.
