CELOTTI WORKFORCEis partnering with a leading civil construction company to source an experiencedCivil Leading Handfor ongoing projects acrossMoreton Bay and North Brisbane.
We are seeking a confident and experienced Leading Hand with a strong civil construction background.
Experience working aroundelectrical services and underground infrastructureis highly desirable, with the ability to read and interpretelectrical and service plans.
Subdivision and infrastructure experience will also be considered, however, candidates must have a solid understanding of civil construction and be comfortable working around services.
The majority of projects will be based across Brisbane's Northside and Moreton Bay regions, however, the successful candidate must be flexible to travel to different project locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate civil construction crews on site
Assist with the day-to-day supervision of site activities
Read and interpret electrical and service plans
Work safely around existing electrical services and underground infrastructure
Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to project requirements
Coordinate with supervisors, management and site personnel
Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity
Assist with hands-on civil construction duties when required
Our Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as aCivil Leading Hand
Strong civil construction experience
Experience working aroundelectrical serviceshighly desirable
Ability to read and interpretservice and electrical plans




Subdivision or infrastructure experience advantageous
Strong understanding of civil construction practices
Construction White Card
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused
Willingness to travel between project sites as required
What We Can Offer
$50/hr + penalties
Weekly pay
Monday to Friday | 6:30am – 5:00pm
Ongoing work with a view topermanent employment after 2–3 months
Potential to negotiate a higher travel rate while temporary
Company vehicle provided once permanent
