Job Description
NSW Health in Sydney's South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Social Worker (Lvl 1-2) to join the Youth Health Service on a permanent full-time basis.
You will deliver psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions for adolescents and young adults with complex needs, applying trauma-informed and culturally secure practice.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external agencies to support vulnerable young people, manage risks, and promote wellbeing
