As our business continues to grow, we are looking for anAccounts Officerto join our team based in our Brisbane office.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with experience indebtor invoicing, creditor processing, payroll support and general accounts administrationwho enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
As part of our Accounts team, you will play an important behind-the-scenes role supporting our operations and ensuring our field teams have the information and systems they need to deliver great service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Debtor invoicing
Entering creditor and supplier invoices
Time sheets and vehicle accounts
Assisting with general accounts administration
Supporting payroll and financial processes where required
About You




To be successful in this role, you will bring:
1–2 years experience in accounting or finance administration
Robust attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
The ability to multitask and work proactively to solve problems
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
Strong Microsoft Office skills
The following experience will be highly regarded:
MYOB experience
SimPRO experience
Experience working in the trade services industry
