About the opportunity:
We are looking for anenthusiastic and compassionate Clinical Nurse Consultant to becomepart of our dedicated team.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant is a key leader within theResidential Aged Care team, responsible for the supervision andprovision of clinical care, meeting the clinical and personal needsof residents, as well as providing direction and supervision toRegistered, Enrolled Nurses, and Assistants in Nursing.
Theapproach to care is holistic, considering the physical, social, andspiritual needs of each resident.
This role requires availability Monday to Friday between 8:00 AMand 4:00 PM with on-call work as required.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Providing expert clinical advice tohealthcareprofessionals
Developing and implementing clinical guidelines andpolicies
Conducting clinical research and qualityimprovementprojects
Educating and training healthcare staff on bestpractices
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhancepatient care
About you:
Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Strong clinical background includingdemonstratedexperiencein Aged Care
Extensive knowledge of and experience with AN-ACC andpalliative care
Demonstrated ability in problem resolution and decisionmaking that maintains quality customer focused servicesdelivery
Understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation and Auditprocesses
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
