Job Description
MUJI Retail (Australia) is seeking a passionate HR Advisor to support our VIC stores, helping managers foster an inclusive and high‐performing workplace.
You will advise on Fair Work Act compliance, lead proactive employee relations, and partner with leaders to address people matters with fairness and empathy.
This role requires 2–4 years' generalist HR/ER experience in retail, solid knowledge of Australian employment law and WHS, and a willingness to provide onsite support across MUJI stores
