We build custom architectural new homes & renovations.
Due to growth & upcoming jobs, we have an exciting chance for anEstimator/ConstructionAdmin to join our team.
We are looking for someone who has building experience & onsite knowledge to assist our director in the estimating process.
Key responsibilities
Take offs
Obtaining & reviewing quotes
Ability to read & analyse complex plans
Using BuildXact Software to produce accurate estimates
Revising estimates after value management with clients
Variations & sending PO's
Negotiating subcontractor agreements
Other ad hoc contract admin/construction admin tasks as required
