Job Description
HCF is seeking a Customer Services Officer for their Parramatta contact centre.
This full time role operates Monday to Friday, with hybrid working and a requirement to work in the office at least two days per week.
Responsibilities include handling ***** inbound calls daily from providers and members, resolving enquiries within SLAs, and maintaining confidential, accurate information while liaising with stakeholders.
