About the Role

You will join our friendly administration team in a diverse, hands‑on role. Duties include:
General administration, invoicing and data entry
Communicating with clients and patients via phone and email
Driving company vehicles to deliver and collect dentals cases from clients throughout the Gold Coast




Coordinating incoming and outgoing dentals cases– …
Assisting with the day‑to‑day organisation of the laboratory
General cleaning and maintaining a tidy work environment

About You

The ideal applicant will be:
Reliable and punctual and organised
Friendly with solid customer service skills
A good communicator and team player
Comfortable working in a busy, varied setting
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
Interested in a long‑term role with prospects to grow and progress within the business

Previous administration or dental experience is not essential. We are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

As the role involves regular driving throughout the Gold Coast, a current Queensland Driver Licence is essential.
