Castlery in Melbourne's Richmond showroom is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to help customers discover furniture that fits their homes. You will drive sales by building relationships, understanding lifestyle, and delivering an exceptional showroom experience.

You'll engage walk-in customers, handle objections, and convert conversations into sales, while maintaining showroom standards and supporting daily store operations. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.
