With nearly a century of operation and significant ongoing capital investment (circa $15M this year alone), this site is entering an exciting current chapter following a recent global acquisition - offering genuine long-term career pathways across an expanded international network. About the RoleReporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you'll lead a team of associates across either Processing or Packing, driving performance, safety and product quality on the line. This is a hands-on, people-first leadership role.



You'll spend your shift on the floor, coaching, mentoring and problem-solving in real time. The site is vertically structured across multiple levels, so a reasonable level of fitness and mobility is required. You'll join a tight-knit, tenured team with a genuine passion for the product and a strong food safety culture. Given a number of recent internal promotions, we're particularly keen to hear from candidates who can also support and mentor newer supervisors and managers coming through.
Proven experience supervising or leading teams within a manufacturing or FMCG environment (food background preferred but not essential - beverage or other fast-paced production backgrounds also considered)
Robust people leadership skills - coaching, engagement and the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfort working within a unionised environment
Willingness to undergo reference, police and medical checks as part of the process
