People & Recruitment Coordinator | Part-Time
***** hours per week | Flexible days & hours | Hybrid
$40–$45 per hour + super
Are you an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys keeping things moving, supporting managers and creating a positive experience for candidates and employees?
Find Support is looking for a People & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in a flexible, part‐time role.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll support the day‐to‐day delivery of our people and recruitment activities.
You'll coordinate recruitment, keep employee records and processes on track, support training and internal communications, and help our managers confidently navigate routine people matters.

What you'll be doing
You'll play an important role in keeping our people processes running smoothly, including:
Coordinating recruitment for support workers and other operational roles
Preparing and publishing job advertisements
Screening applications and coordinating interviews
Conducting reference checks and coordinating pre‐employment checks and testing
Coordinating onboarding and maintaining candidate communications
Preparing employment documentation and keeping employee records accurate and up to date
Supporting probation reviews and other employee lifecycle processes
Providing practical support to managers on routine staffing matters
Helping managers implement established people policies and processes
Coordinating induction, training and development activities
Maintaining training records and registers
Preparing internal people communications and staff updates
Supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives
Identifying practical ways to improve our HR administration,
coordination and communication
About you
We're looking for someone who is approachable, dependable and comfortable working independently within transparent priorities.
You'll ideally bring:
A qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator or in a similar role
Experience coordinating recruitment from advertising through to onboarding
Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
The ability to follow through and keep multiple priorities moving
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Sound judgement and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience coordinating learning and development activities, knowledge of employment compliance requirements, or experience within disability, community services, health or a similar sector would be an advantage.
