Mid North Coast Local Health District in Coffs Harbour NSW is seeking a Social Worker to join the Inpatient Rehabilitation, Stroke and Critical Care teams.
The role focuses on psychosocial assessments, discharge planning and patient advocacy to support positive health outcomes.

A qualification eligible for AASW membership is required.
