Property Managers | Senior Property Managers | Multiple Positions Available
A leading and highly regarded real estate agency in Newcastle CBD is confidentially seeking 2–3 experienced Property Managers / Senior Property Managers to join their high-performing property management team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the number-one agencies in the area, renowned for its exceptional reputation, immaculate processes and procedures, and strong investment in technology and team support.
The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Property Managers who are confident managing portfolios of approximately ******* properties and who want to work within a genuinely well-supported environment.
You will be responsible for managing approximately ********* properties pending your experience, with dedicated operational support allowing you to focus on your portfolio and clients rather than administration.
Key advantages include:
Monday–Friday role
Portfolio of approximately ******* properties
$90,000–$110,000 package, depending on experience
Work vehicle and fuel card provided, or car allowance depending on your requirements
Dedicated Department Head providing leadership and support
Leasing Consultants to support leasing activity
Property Officers providing portfolio support
Virtual Assistants to assist with administration
No accounts responsibilities
No expectation to generate new business

Strong team setting with genuine operational support
About You
We are open to both Property Managers and Senior Property Managers who have proven experience managing a residential property portfolio.
You will ideally have:
Experience managing 120+ properties
Strong residential property management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and professional approach
The ability to work autonomously while being part of a supportive team
A strong understanding of compliance, legislation and best-practice property management
A desire to work for an agency that genuinely invests in its people, systems and technology
