For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead clinical services at our new 180‐bed residence in South Bunbury, WA.
You will commission the home, drive resident‐centred care, and partner with HR, Finance and IT to ensure quality outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have RN with AHPRA, robust leadership, and solid understanding of funding, accreditation and care planning.
A hands‐on leader who can coach staff and uphold clinical governance is essential.
