An established Technology Services Provider across Australia and NZ is looking for a IT Support Engineer to assist with growing demand.
Key responsibilities
First point of contact for support calls
Managing Service requests as a primary point of contact
Liaise and build rapport with clientele
In office support where required
Deliver quality, remote support in a timely fashion using a variety of remote access tools
Remote configuration of hardware and software
Create Knowledge base articles and process documents, where possible.
Basic network troubleshooting and fault finding
Work with third parties to facilitate repair work
Essential skills & experience
Ideally 1+ years in an outsourced managed services provider environment L1
Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite Exposure
Exposure to Server and Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware)
Exposure to Routing/Firewalls, Switches
Backup & Recovery systems




Must have own vehicle for Onsite Work
