What you'll be doing
Helping manage listings and campaigns from appraisal through to settlement
Building strong relationships with sellers and buyers
Managing inspections, feedback, offers and follow-up
Pre-qualifying sellers and potential listing opportunities
Attending appraisals, open homes and private inspections
Following up appraisal and pipeline opportunities
Prospecting, hot spotting, referrals and working our database for new business
Identifying and developing your own listing opportunities
Taking ownership and keeping things moving
