Now Careers client is a well-established supplier ofpod slabs and concrete construction products, servicing residential and commercial building projects across Sydney and NSW.
We are seeking an experiencedTransport Managerto oversee daily transport operations and ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
About the Role
Manage daily transport operations, delivery schedules and fleet utilisation
Coordinate drivers, subcontractors, vehicles and delivery resources
Schedule deliveries around production requirements and construction site access
Liaise with production, sales, customers and site teams
Monitor delivery performance, transport costs and driver productivity
Manage vehicle maintenance, servicing and compliance
EnsureWHS, Chain of Responsibility and heavy vehicle compliance
Resolve delivery issues and changing site requirements
Lead and support drivers and transport personnel




Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency and customer service
About You
Previous experience as aTransport Manager, Transport Supervisor or Logistics Manager
Strong experience managingheavy vehicle fleets and drivers
Understanding of construction logistics and time-critical site deliveries
Experience withpod slabs, precast, concrete, building products or similarhighly regarded
Sound knowledge ofCoR and transport compliance
Robust scheduling, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production and construction environment
Confident leader with a hands-on approach
